      Oh you can get in trouble for it. But I argue the legality of a thing is less important than the morality of it. Which should matter more?

          Asking somebody to face the dead penalty in us or torture in Guantanamo , as whstlebloeers can incur, is an immoral act in itself.

          Context matters. Morality takes context into account. Legality doesn't necessarily do that. Morality matter more in this case IMO
