I cannot argue about the right of a company to ban someone they don't like, just don't take a moral high ground saying it is "hate speech".

I know that whatever he says, he has the right to say it, even if I don't agree with it. Hate speech is a subjective concept.

He still has the right to say it (in some jurisdictions at least), but a private corporation is under no obligation to pay to host his content on their website. Comprende?

That literally is his point. He's saying it's censorship and violates right of free speech, but it doesn't... because it's a private entity that can choose what content to publish on their platform. It's a simple concept

Here’s the deal: Alex Jones broke YouTube’s ToS by spewing his nonsense on the platform. He’s got the first amendment right to spew it all day long and he can choose the platform he wants. However, if he violates a platform’s ToS.. poof. He’s done.

He basically trying to incite violence thru a threat (making a gun shape with his hands while saying he... "was going to use it on Mueller, politically." He knew what he was doing and throwing the word politically in there he thought would save his sorry ass from being banned.
