Hahah! Yeah I was playing for so long without them and got tired of getting put in a situation where I’d get paired with 2 heroes I didn’t like, not even just “bad” ones, but that I’d rather not play. I will say it’s made for some funny moments for me
Getting a great result with a generally crap hero in BG gives me the same rush as playing a ridiculous meme deck. 
But I like to at least have a few more options. (Though we all know it's really about the emotes right?)

To be honest I thought it just wasn't working for me I didn't realize the emotes were behind the perks as well! I was trying to Happy Cow and Thumbs up then gave up ultimately thinking it just wasn't working. I was greatly surprised!

Also yes, getting first place as Edwin Van Kleef definitely has been some of the more fun moments playing this game thus far!
