Definitely don't settle for that lame 1.5%, 3%, or even 5% raise this year. Especially if your employer has been bragging about how well it is doing. With inflation the way it is, in real money terms that's actually a pay cut. Better yet, start finding ways to work for yourself.
My ❤️ goes out to all of the indie artists that were affected by hit-piece and all of the other IP-stealing that has occurred because of this tech. I know it is 💔 to see your work exploited for profit and not really sensibly be able to do anything about it.

My negative sentiment against this tech has been building over the last couple of years. The hit-piece fiasco this last week was the absolute tipping point - this is not just about a few bad actors in the space. The tech inherently incentivizes bad actors.
