Dear Ms. Richards and Ms.Cox that was just an amazingly powerful doc. As a white gay dude I thought maybe I understood but your stories made me realize I still have much to learn. Much love and respect to the both of you amazing artists.

I transitioned in Harlem (my first time in NY!) & people would spit when I walked by (not At me - mind you Just on to sidewalk) In my own naivete it took me a while to realize it was meant as a jab at me and not just people clearing their throat

What you said when you watched the dad proud of his trans child... that was tough to watch. I don't cry watching movies for the most part but that part broke me. I hope parents of trans kids learn something from this. Thank you for opening up. It was such an honest moment.
