My business is family owned and run. We have no employees and therefore no payroll taxes. This needs to be based upon our business tax returns to ensure businesses like ours do not fall through the crack. Our rent, utilities etc still need to be paid even though we have closed

Same here- same situation. I've been trying for SBA loans since last week and have just been told the criteria is now more stringent than ever to qualify. Not helpful!!
