More local #SlowWays news which I spotted because I have been watching my snail count (70) - thanks to Ken, WESKEY2 is snailed and West Bridgford is 100% verified, and another of our prolific local non-Twitter walkers (Stephen Walker) has snailed DERBOR 2.

Reviewed the Sarn to Pontycymer route yesterday & it was one long sheet of ice from Braichycymer to Llangeinor. I have fond memories of going to school in the Garw & buses dropping us in Ffaldau Square cos they couldn't get up the hill in the winter. #GarwValley
Frosty lane with trees and hills under very blue sky.
Lake with reflections of surrounding hillsides. Terraced houses on right.
Ice covered lane and hills.

A 4 Slow Way day in the capital between Holborn and Woolwich. I'd planned for a perfect hat trick and a ready snailed route I just really fancied. It also had the potential to be momentous, so I walked it with my nearest and dearest. @SlowWaysUK

Yes, first review for me and for Broalv One. A better walk than I had expected with some real hidden gems. A bit hooked now. Will be exploring more routes soon.

Stahix 2 had one favourable review from before, started with the last section of Hixrug in reverse and then followed the very familiar walk by canal then river, into Stafford so I had confidence it would be OK. This proved to be true and wrapped up a great day of walking
