It doesn’t work that way, the Biden link is an ad buy. It’s by bid. Sanders can do the same thing on Biden 2020 he just has to out bid him. He can outbid him here too. The rest is simply trending search results. People don’t get the same search results for items not ad buys.

It's weird, because it seems like your eyes work. I mean, unless you've just got really good muscle memory and know where the keys are. Yet you seem to be incapable of recognizing why it's odd that typing in "Bernie 2020" would get you a link to "Biden 2020".
