We not gonna talk about how in your screenshot it says the dislikes are NOT visable to the public OR the author?? However, number 3 up there clearly states the author should be the only one to see them-- so which one is it?
Not only that, but if this is just for twitter support itself to figure out what's "valuable to conversation" I think you're in way over your heads because everyone has different opinions on what is "valuable" and you'll just get backlash (again)
