    As , all falls to me for me+11yo. Life, strategy, school, sports, health. My family on other side of ocean. I’m privileged: secure ft+ job, safe place to live and basics covered. My health/wellness oft comes last. We need more chat about these costs too

    yes. you have to speak up. you also absolutely have to accept that your partner will likely do things differently than you do. My husband always said that either I could do it my way, or he would do it his way, but he was not going to have me micro-manage him at home. Fair.

    It’s key. I have delivered my Women into Leadership prog to 100s of women & this comes up time & time again. Many haven’t shared how they feel with their partners. I encourage them to do so & for many it makes a huge difference.

    An interesting article. I have worked with many women who struggle to balance everything but sometimes they put too much pressure on themselves & accept household duties too readily. Sharing duties & communication is key if equality is to be achieved.
