Slack seems to be really getting worse for audio calls. Doesn't work half the time! @SlackHQ

Happening on Desktop. On mobile it isn't great either.
That doesn't sound good. Are you having trouble connecting to calls? Or are you having trouble with the audio while you're on the call?
