More Workflow Builder feedback for @SlackHQ - Is it a "shortcut" or a "workflow"? This tripped me up. Also, would be nice to automatically follow a workflow post so I know when folks reply.

The 'stuff that happens' is called a workflow, and one of the places workflows are surfaced is the shortcuts menu (more here: https://slack.com/help/articles/360057554553-Take-actions-quickly-from-the-shortcuts-menu-in-Slack … ). If you add an @-mention or yourself in a Send a message step, you'll be subscribed to any threaded replies.
