When you start a call in a channel, any member of the channel can join the call, which is why you see the message. However, calls can only have a maximum 15 participants.

that's exactly, why I start a call there. That everybody can join. Slack was thought for collaboration, right? This warning is new, is it?

Somewhat new. We'd be happy to share your feedback with the team that a call warning isn't needed here! For now though, there isn't a way to disable it.
