@SlackHQ If a members is on "inactive" billing status, do they stop receiving notifications until they log into Slack again? If yes, is there any way to change this? Thanks for your help!
That's bizarre. Usually it's the opposite. We won't send email notifications if you have Slack open already, but we should otherwise. If this happens again for your team, please email us at feedback@slack.com and we'll dig into it with you!
