@SlackHQ If a members is on "inactive" billing status, do they stop receiving notifications until they log into Slack again? If yes, is there any way to change this? Thanks for your help!

Thank you for the quick response! I'm asking, because I've had feedback that members stopped received *email* notifications after a while. When they logged in to Slack again, email notifications resumed as before. Could there be another reason for this? Thanks, again!

That's bizarre. Usually it's the opposite. We won't send email notifications if you have Slack open already, but we should otherwise. If this happens again for your team, please email us at feedback@slack.com and we'll dig into it with you!
