@SlackHQ why doesn't Slackbot work in DM's? We set a few up to encourage inclusive language, but now it seems like Slack is encouraging free-for-all behind closed doors.
We intentionally didn't want Slackbot to come across as creepy or intrusive by chiming in in DMs, but we hear where you're coming from. It's something for us to think about!

The creepiness of Slackbot might be a nice reminder that all chat logs can be exported by company admins at any time.
