@SlackHQ You emailed me a link to an e-book on navigating the disruption of work. But I can only download it if I supply a ‘work’ email address. I’m unemployed at the moment, so don’t have one. No e-book for me then. Thanks for making me feel even worse about the situation.

Yes, but when I enter my gmail, I get a message saying “please enter a work email address”. It’s impossible to proceed past this point.
Apologies, Zoë. After taking a closer look at this, it does appear that a business email is required to access the download link. If you write in to feedback@slack.com referencing this Tweet, however, we’d love to see if there’s something we could do for you.
