@SlackHQ the red notification badge on the iOS app doesn't go away when I address the notification on Slack desktop.
I have to open the app on my iPhone for the badge to disappear.
Is there any way to prevent this behavior without disabling badges altogether?
Hmm, please head to the iOS Settings app > Slack. Is Background App Refresh enabled? With this enabled, the notification badge will automatically clear from the iOS app when you view it on desktop, but the timing of this does depend on some iOS algorithms.
