Our org had introduced @SlackHQ OrG. Basically, it's good. But I realized bad point of them. It is global All unreads/Treads through org channels. Because switching channel is needed context switch cost.

The All Unreads and Threads tabs show messages from all workspaces within the same Organisation to ensure you don't miss out on anything important. Could you tell us more about how this could be better for you?

Thanks! IMO workspace budge has been worked well for me. It shows which workspace is active. I may prioritize workspaces in unconscious at the moment/context.
