Dear @SlackHQ - how do I turn off the avatars in the sidebar? They're doing my nut in.

Great. I'm sure they're super helpful for a lot of users, but personally I'm having a really hard time scanning the sidebar now. Particularly as I have a few groups exclusively with conversations/individuals.
