Are you on the free plan? Guest accounts are only available on our paid plans. Could that be it? If not, send us a note to feedback@slack.com and we'll look into it!

Hello! It's Standard Paid Plan, I already send a note through the website, but it is still happening with "

When we do this process it works cause the option for selecting user type appears and we could select "single-channel guest", but when we invite them directly from the channel it automatically detect them as members if their email ends on http://gmail.com
