We're saddened to not have your trust, James - we do our best! Can you let us know what browser alerts you're seeing, or rejecting? Also, can you let us know the kind of frequency you're seeing those alerts at?

Don't be saddened. Consumers should be judicious about the entities who are provided access to their computer systems. My message, in particular, referenced desktop notification requests.

To be clear: My position is that consumers' default stance should be "NO" on any and all such requests.
