I hate it when Slack automatically turns on ‘Do not disturb’ mode. It makes me miss messages and not reply on time.

Sorry about the trouble. Is it possible that you have a DND schedule set up either in your Preferences, or your Workspace Owners/Admins set one up for your whole workspace?
