We found direct messages with large memberships were confusing and our findings put 8 at a good place. Is there a larger number you'd like to see? Does a channel not work for the conversation you'd like to have?

Ask the PMs to think about why people post more on their stories than their feed? Seems like a super arbitrary and not good decision to me but i am just sample size of one unless number of channels is a metric that the team is going for.
