@SlackHQ is there a workflow or setting I can enable to create an email address to send to the channel on said channels creation?

Yes, we have a paid plan. I was hoping it was something that we could trigger when a new channel would be created instead of having a user make it manually. :(
Oh, we see! That's not possible at the moment but we can see how it would be useful. We're logging this as a feature request.
