Since @SlackHQ updated the desktop app so that `/s` now brings up a menu where "leave channel" is the first option searching in Slack has resulted in me leaving 3 channels by accident. What with Twitter stories this morning my UX this week SUX.

Yikes! Sorry Chris. That sounds odd. "/s" pulls up the ability to set a status or start a call for us. It should change as you continue to use it — what, ideally, are you looking for with "/s"? We'll share your feedback with our team.

I’m not “looking” for anything. For years you’ve been able to search Slack using the following command: /s <terms...> Now when you type ‘/‘ it brings up an annoying pop up menu and the ‘s’ ends up there but “leave” is the first menu option instead of “search”.

If I can disable the annoying pop-up so those of us who have used the various ‘/commands’ for years can use them without it interfering would be great.
