Anyone know how to stop my phone from ringing when a @SlackHQ call comes in? All OS-level notifications are OFF, phone is on DnD too. Super invasive and annoying.

Eek! We're sorry to hear this. Just to confirm, what device are you seeing this on? Are you active on desktop as well when this happens?

The OS X app was open but not in focus, the iOS app wasn’t open (though maybe was in background). It was like a phone call (with the Slack logo) was coming in. Useful feature for those who want it but shouldn’t override disabled iOS notifications or Do Not Disturb

Wifi calling on the phone is off too, couldn’t find anything about it in iOS or Slack app settings. Maybe unintended behavior, software is hard

Thanks for expanding on that, Joe. We're working on making mobile calls notifications better so we'll keep this in mind. At the moment, you can disable the ringing by setting Slack itself to Do Not Disturb.

Any update on this one? I'm about the uninstall the app from my phone. !!
