@SlackHQ Please add an option to hide avatars in the sidebar. It's hard for me to tell which colleagues have green dots against the background of the avatar.
Thanks, Ben! We'll add your voice to the conversation we're having about how we can improve this. For now, you can try changing the colour of the dot to make it more visible. Go to Preferences > Themes > Create a custom theme and change the 'Active Presence' colour.

Thanks. I think green is probably still the right color for maximum contrast with various avatars. But I'm glad to hear you are working on a permanent solution. The dot is important functionality for me.
