Please remove my colleagues' profile pictures from Slack Sidebar. What I want is just a status display. How can I get rid of these pictures? I don't want profile pictures.

Really hard to see availability now. Noisy to look at and if someone's pic is green, it's even worse :( I it's also made the status of notifications paused (commonly used to see someone can't talk and we should message later) super hard to notice unless you click on them.
