Please remove my colleagues' profile pictures from Slack Sidebar. What I want is just a status display. How can I get rid of these pictures? I don't want profile pictures.

My first reaction when I saw the change was to look for the ability to hide the photos. It's so distracting and messy looking. There's no benefit for displaying tiny thumbnails with even smaller status dots. Seriously can't see who's on. Please let us revert back to names only!
Hi! We can appreciate how this change may not be useful to everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts. While there isn't a way to toggle the images off for now, we'll be sure to make a note that this is an option you'd like to see.

Really hard to see availability now. Noisy to look at and if someone's pic is green, it's even worse :( I it's also made the status of notifications paused (commonly used to see someone can't talk and we should message later) super hard to notice unless you click on them.
