@SlackHQ needs a better visibility of Status to end users. Many of them can't identify if any status has been updated.

1. If user is on the same conversation then "only visible to you" bot message when status gets changed ? 2. Alternatively like Skype, a user should also be able to subscribe to certain users for getting notifications when any of them changes status
