Can you please add an option to switch off the user images in the sidebar? I'm all for having the choice to use it but I'm finding it properly distracting compared to the channel icons, text names are plenty differentiated/recognisable

Hi David! Thanks for reaching out. While it's not possible to switch the new sidebar design on / off at this time, we are collecting all feedback and will be looking to make improvements in the near future accordingly.
