I understand that this feature request isn't a priority, but our shared understanding points to exactly why I made the request: I don't want to notify my coworkers when it's the middle of the night for them, so the message allowing me to do so is never needed.
icon next to the username, "[username] has notifications turned off" at the bottom of the DMs, and the Slackbot message. It's overkill IMO, and fills the chat with needless repetitive msgs.Thanks for sharing this context with us, Stuart. We've made a note of this and will give this some thought
