And whyyyy can't you get all unread threads individually up top on desktop, like the mobile apps do by default. Instead of the "All unreads" "thread?"
Thanks for reaching out to let us know it's something you'd like to see in product, Simon! Just to clarify, would you like to see threads in the "All Unreads" view shown one by one, rather than the current options to sort this view, or for the "Threads" view to show one by one?

I like the mobile view: Stacking all unread channels and conversations at the top of the sidebar. Then I can handle them one by one, like a task. Jumbling all unreads together in a "channel" does not give me the optimal focus on every conversation.

Ah got it. Are you in a workspace on the free plan, or a paid plan? If the free plan, you can go to Preferences > Sidebar > choose what you'd like to show, and how it's sorted.
