@SlackHQ Hi guys: I'm adding external teams. One of my teams is complaining that he isn't seeing my "product_team" channel. Instead, it's showing up on his Slack as the name of my company. (e.g. "FoobarCo") Why?

So can he change the name? I created three shared channels the other day. Two are fine but the first channel appears as the name of my company.
When the invite to share the channel is accepted, they can choose to edit channel details that show on their workspace (like the channel name) if required.
