I wish the "Mark All Messages Read" button in @SlackHQ didn't require you to scroll through all the unread messages to find it.

Yes, it's at the bottom of the "All Unreads" view as John mentioned. That said, no need to scroll to the bottom — Shift + Esc should do the trick!
