Hey @SlackHQ .. is there something wrong with you're emoji shortcuts? When use :+1: for example, it's not showing up as the thumbs up emoji 
Hmm, can you please try clearing your cache to see if that helps (this will also clear any drafts so be sure to save those elsewhere)? Go to Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Restart.
