@SlackHQ Does Slack compress image quality when uploaded though the mobile app?
Hi there! We don't compress uploads, although we do cut thumbnails of various sizes to display within the clients. Are you finding that your images on mobile are not displaying correctly? If so, are you on an Android device?

Hi! I’ve noticed that when I upload a photo on either iOS or Android the quality is being compressed and not of the same high quality of the original photo. Despite Preferences > Advanced > (Uncheked) Optimise Images For Upload

That doesn't sound right — sorry about that, Cem! It could have something to do with a bug we have on file
