Hi @SlackHQ is there a reason why single-channel guest invites are behaving like shared channel invites? A client is unable to add me to their channel, been trying for days.

Sure, when they invite single-channel guest to one of their channels, I receive an email saying: “...would like to connect their **** channel with your workspace.” and explains about sharing channels. fyi they have a paid acc.
It sounds like that workspace has sent over a shared channel invitation in that case rather than a guest invite. Would it be possible to request another invite from that workspace? This article may be handy for them in inviting you -https://bit.ly/37VfhwI

That was my assumption also, so I sent them the same guest invite instructions in your link, but the same thing kept happening. Perhaps once an invite is already sent, it overrides subsequent invites?
