For the past several weeks, pasting text into @SlackHQ has been exploding the editor. Text gets inserted into the wrong place; backspace erases wrong characters.
Workaround is to paste text into a text editor that actually works, then copy and paste from there into Slack

It happened when I copied something from the Chrome dev console, and I'd already entered formatted text in the Slack editor. A lot of things got jacked up -- it wasn't auto converting `backtick text` to code, etc. Will try plain text paste next time and let you know.
