When I paste a hyperlinked text, it creates a bullet point. Why is that @SlackHQ ? Please fix the bug.

Copying the hyperlinked text from JIRA. Accessing Slack from desktop app on a Windows laptop.
Thanks! Are you able to get around it with the Windows shortcut to paste as plain text? Give Ctrl+Shift+V a try!

I don't want to paste as plain text. I want to paste as hyperlink but it inserts a bullet point along with it.

Hm, we can't repro it seems. Do you mind trying to copy-paste a hyperlink from a different field in Jira, and let us know if it works? Or send a screenshot example of the text in Jira vs. in Slack when you paste? Apologies for the hassle.
