Thanks for the feedback! From that menu there isn't, however if you were to use the slash command: /dnd 45 mins - this would turn your Do Not Disturb on for 45 minutes.

Thanks! that is helpful. Also, is there a way to not show the notification count too? I noticed while sound and pop dies off during DND, but the app icon on my Mac still shows the count.
