Hmm, issue reappears cross workspaces when I use CMD+R to refresh. I refreshed Workspace A and now again I see these Workspace A custom emojis with text only when switched over to workspace B. Refreshing again fixes the issue for Workspace B to show only emojis belonging there.
Are these workspaces owned by the same company, and thus connected via our Enterprise Grid plan? Or are they completely independent workspaces?

Thanks, these are completely independent workspaces owned by their respective companies. Not connected via Enterprise Grid plan. The issue with these wrong&missing custom emojis keeps still happening though refreshing with CMD+R helps. Anything I could do to assist more?

This is pretty unusual, Juhana! We're going to file this as a bug. Would you mind dropping us a line at feedback@slack.com so we can gather some system info / logs from you to help us reproduce this?
