Hi, Ozan. For channels that have been shared with you, you'd need to have a paid Workspace for it to connect successfully. In this case, you'd choose the option to create a Workspace. It is a paid workspace on the client's side. The problem here is not the paid or unpaid plan. The link generated for invitation doesn't really work for non-slack members.
