My Slack channels transferred fine. I’m trying to set up 2FA on my new phone. The Slack website won’t show a barcode, and the “manual” entry fails every time.
The barcode should come from whoever your 2FA app provider is! It won't be in Slack anywhere. If you don't have a 2FA app, then you should switch to SMS 2FA instead.

I'm using Google Authenticator. The broken barcode image in on the "Change Two-Factor Authentication App" web page at <myslack>.slack.com. It should show a QR code and not a broken image icon.
