Hi Nick! Apologies — we have restrictions in place to prevent spam. If you send out a large amount of invitations with a low acceptance rate, we prevent you from adding more folks until the acceptance rate improves. Write to us at feedback@slack.com for more details if needed.

It’s ridiculous. We aren’t spamming! We have a big team and some come and go. There should be a way to mitigate and look at the acceptance rate and warn if an account is getting close. I am not impressed
