Workflow Builder by @SlackHQ desperately needs:
- ability to use shortcut across multiple channels (w/o duplicating the workflow)
- ability to assign a workflow to multiple team members (e.g. a question, link to form for all team to reply)

Or the data submitted could then create an internal ticket in your system, tricker alerting and monitoring when submitted, helpful for escalation investigations... opportunities become endless and require less initial overhead in making a custom slack app in some cases...
