1/2 If you want a use case as well, i’m using 21:9 display and i have slack open and visible to keep up with the new messages. Now it’s just a bit harder to see new messages right away. Profile pictures are nice, but they (IMO) should not be part of the quick message overview for
2/2 which the sidebar is used the most.
