Workflow Builder by @SlackHQ desperately needs:
- ability to use shortcut across multiple channels (w/o duplicating the workflow)
- ability to assign a workflow to multiple team members (e.g. a question, link to form for all team to reply)

I'd also love the ability to send the data submitted to an endpoint I control to trigger other actions :ok_hands:
That's an interesting idea for workflow builder! What sort of actions would be triggered when the data is received at the end point?

Much of what you get when using the modal and slack api now with a custom app (which is what we had to do)

E.g say you had a simple workflow to post questions to your team in the channel, if you could gather data regarding the user who posted, the time and all the fields you add in the workflow, you can spot trends if you then send that to an api to store and...

Or the data submitted could then create an internal ticket in your system, tricker alerting and monitoring when submitted, helpful for escalation investigations... opportunities become endless and require less initial overhead in making a custom slack app in some cases...
