@SlackHQ did you change the focus a release or two ago? After attaching a file and pressing enter no longer send the message. Same for cmd+k no longer focusing the latest new chat.

Thanks for the update. Accessibility is certainly a worthwhile reason. Is there maybe another shortcut to jump to the first unread chat?
It sounds like you’re running into a known bug when pressing enter after uploading a file. Thanks for bearing with us while we fix this. 
The change to Cmd+K is intentional, we did this to make the Quick Switcher more accessible for those who use screen readers.We've actually just made a change to the first unread behaviour here. If you refresh Slack with Cmd + Shift + O, do you see the change?
